Biography

Mrs. Darling received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nazareth College and completed the Risk Management Course, School of Healthcare Risk Management at Madonna University. She has 20 years of experience in health care quality, disease management, and managed care with expertise in quality improvement. Ms. Darling has also served as a liaison to legal counsel for credentialing, peer review and risk management issues and was involved in corporate risk management activities.

Mrs. Darling completed a Chronic Care Professional certification program through the HealthSciences Institute and holds certification from the Academy of Health Care Management.
